Aaah the album that didn’t want to be made…. join us as Maymay walks us through a new way to make a fun envelope mini album.  Caution!!!!! This is a video that you will want to watch completely through before starting the construction. So grab your favorite beverage and snack and join us for this album that didn’t want to be made…

Measurements and special instructions: 

You will need 6 envelopes that measure 5×7. We chose to use kraft colored ones, but of course you can use any color you prefer. 

We will be slicing off the tiniest bit in the following ways to get the envelopes ready for construction~ we fully explain this in the video

You will score 3/8″ back from the original score line to create the gap needed (see the video) 

2 no slice~ 2 left slice ~ 2 bottom slice 

You will assembling them in this order ( see the video for full instructions)

Top (left) slice

Bottom Slice

No slice 

The spine piece will vary according to your envelopes, but we have listed the measurements that we used ~~~ the chipboard piece is 1 5/8 x 7 1/2, we then took black cardstock that measures 2 3/4 x 8 1/2 and wrapped the chipboard ( see the video for instructions)
