Hey, Y’all! It’s Susan Lee from @susanleeroseblog. It’s Christmas in July here at @maymaymadeit, and my first project for July is this CUTE little Tissue Packet Purse!

It features paper from the GORGEOUS Merry & Bright 12” x 12” paper pack from Mintay and a sentiment from the Focus on God Stamp Set.

This Tissue Packet Purse would be perfect for gifts for ladies ministries at your church or other events when you want to give a cute little gift to attendees.

It makes up quick, so you can turn these out in a snap!

1. Cut out the paper to the following measurements:

— Lunchbag Kraft: 7-1/4” x 4-1/4”
–Patterned Paper: 7” x 4”
–Scraps of Red & White Cardstock
2. Along the 7-1/4” side, score the Lunchbag kraft cardstock at 2”, 3”, 5”, and 6”.
3. Using the ½” side of the Crop-A-Dile Corner Chomper, round the corners on the Lunchbag kraft cardstock and the patterned paper.
4. Glue the patterned paper to the Lunchbag kraft cardstock using the Bearly Arts Precision Glue. Let dry before bending score lines.
5. On the scrap piece of white cardstock, stamp the sentiment using the Rhubarb Stalk ink. Punch the sentiment out using the 1-3/4” circle punch. Punch out a 2” circle from a scrap of red cardstock. Glue the sentiment on top of the 2” red circle.
6. Attach the finished sentiment circle to the font of the short lip of the Tissue Packet Purse using double-sided foam mounting tape.
7. Punch two holes, one on each end, at the top of the purse. Insert the eyelets and set them using the eyelet setting tool.
8. Add the fastener dots to the Tissue Packet Purse on the backside of the short lip to keep the purse closed.
9. Cut a 9-inch piece of red ribbon and feed through the eyelets to form the purse handle. Attach the ends of the purse to the inside of the bag using double-sided tape. Use the powder tool to make any tape not covered unsticky.
