~~Measurements~~
Tag base: Cut pattern paper to 5 3/4″ x 2 1/2″
Name plate: cut white cardstock to 2″ x 3″
Paper ribbon strips: cut pattern or solid color paper to 1 1/8″ to the length you desire
Ribbon: cut the length to fit the package you are wrapping
