Today Maymay makes over the paper stationery folder using only one piece of 12×12 paper. This pretty folder can hold various card sizes and the envelopes.
This one is a fast, easy peasy project that can be done in less than 2 hours!!!!
So gather up those 12×12 pattern papers and let’s create!

~~~Measurements~~~
Folder: 12″ x 12″ piece of pattern paper score at 7 1/4″ and 10 3/4″ turn one time and score at 6″
Gusset: 2 pieces of cardstock cut to 1″ (w) x 3 1/4″ (l) and score down the middle at 1/2″
Cover Mat: the cover measures 7 1/4″ x 6″ , we cut the paper down to measure 6 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ see the video for correct cutting
