Hi crafters! Bug here from @mediocreartsandcrafts. This little card features Maymay’s More Big Time Sayings stamp set. I love the font of the larger stamps. You can mix and match this set to make so many poignant and positive messages. If you don’t have your favorite Dots and Stripes on hand, you can use any coordinated designer paper pack to get the same sort of feel. Try it with what you have on hand to whip up some amazing cards for someone special. .

Cutting guide:

Light blue gingham paper -5 1/2”x4 1/4”

Dark blue gingham paper -5 1/4”x 2” and scor at 1″

White card stock -4 1/4”x 2”

Directions:

~~Cut out a piece of the yellow gingham paper using the largest of the oval dies. Using your  stamp block, stamp the word Phenomenal near the middle of your yellow oval, using VersaFine Clair Warm Breeze. Next add the Times Ahead phrase right below.

~~With your light blue cardstock in landscape orientation, find the middle, and attach the scored 1” section to the very top, as centered as possible. A centering ruler or a T square would be helpful here, but I just used my grid mat and a pencil pointed at the middle.

~~Glue down the strip of white card stock. I held it against the blue strip, added glue and payed it down to get it as close to even as possible.

~~Center your stamped piece across the middle of the small dark blue strip as shown.

~~Stamp the large heart from All About You stamp set down the right side of your base piece

~~Use your Gelly Roll Stardust pen to make some accents on your stamped pieces. If you don’t have a Gelly Roll Stardust pen, what are you waiting for? It’s fantastic.
